Waste management conference
On March 9th AEB organised the Amsterdam Waste Management Conference. This provided a platform for experts, stakeholders and organisations to share their views, opinions and experiences on waste management in the near future.
AEB recovers European waste
AEB got granted in March 2010 the `Recovery' status (the so-called R1-status). This means that converting waste into energy and building materials with the high output that obtains AEB is seen as recycling. For AEB a recognition for the long search for the most efficient manner of converting waste into durable energy. This R1-status gives AEB the opportunity to import waste from other European countries.
