The development of the high-efficiency Waste Fired Power Plant (WFPP) is the result of this ambitious approach. With an electrical efficiency of 30%, the WFPP is the most advanced waste-to-energy facilty in the world. Its average yield is already more than 8% higher than that of the previous generation of waste-to-energy facilities.
